Foreign Investment Legal Strategy in Indonesia: A Structural Perspective Indonesia continues to attract international investors due to its large domestic market, expanding infrastructure, and strategic position within Southeast Asia. Opportunities exist across multiple sectors—from manufacturing and energy to digital services and natural resources. Yet in practice, the sustainability of foreign investment in Indonesia is rarely determined by capital strength alone.
